Hello everyone.
Most of you know that I bake. Ilarn it from scratch, reading cookbooks and now watching youtube. I never had a chance to have any formal training of sorts.
And I am happu that somehow I can see improvements on my work but still need a lot of practice.
Here is another sample cupcake I bake and frosted with coffee buttercream.. The cupcake itself is not so sweet which makes it complement the buttercream. Decorating cakes and cupcakes needs an artistic mind and a giod steady hand. I wish to further my decorating skills.
I feel happy when I see this photo.

did you say coffee buttercream? i'd swallow that whole! hahaha! i think that's a good idea doing it the other way -flavoring the cream and making the cake a basic neutral or mild flavor.

That is a very good looking cupcake,. I love baking but I really never get as fancy with the frosting.

I don't like to cook anymore but used to like to bake. I just watched a great movie on Netflix about cooking. It was called The Hundred Foot Journey. I'm going to watch it again. It was THAT GOOD!
