I have eaten avocados, but not so often, as I thought they are expensive, but learning about them now, they are worth the price.

I don't often eat the avocado as it is not as common as other fruits here. Besides, I don't know how to eat it better besides eating it directly.

Safety tests are now being conducted because the avocado seed MAY be harmful. I would NOT suggest to eat the avocado seed to anyone until the tests prove it's not harmful.
