Shopping with a gift card: DVD Haul

I do surveys on a site/app that one of the cashout options is eBay bucks which is the equivalent of an eBay gift card.Anyway I redeemed one yesterday and decided to add some more DVDs to our already vast collection.
I may of gone a little overboard, but whatever. It wasn't money out of my pocket.
Here's what I found.
1. Daybreakers
2. The Big Tease
3. 21
4. The Ghost and the Darkness
5. Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest
6. SNL The best of Adam Sandler
7. Archer Season 3
Two of the dvds were bought using the sellers buy two get fifteen percent off your order sale, and then one of the other sellers I bought from was running a buy two get one free sale. So I took them up on that offer as well.
I used up post of the gift card, and we have plenty of new entertainment coming soon!
I also ordered Luther season 2, and Easy A using the end of another gift card earned through the same website a few days ago.
I love free stuff!

That is Awesome. I Can not wait until Archer starts up again. I know it's sometime this year.
Is this the same Luther that is on netflix?

We have season 1, 2 and six already. I want the whole series. So much cheaper to buy it used than to buy it new. Such a great show.
I would guess so. Idris Elba? British crime/detective type show. It has Paul McGann on it from Doctor Who as well.

@thislittlepennyearns Oh okay. I think that's the one that's on netflix. From what I've seen, netflix has adapted a lot of British shows and made a few of their own. They have their hands in a lot of different fandoms and genres. I haven't watched a British show inawhile. Used to have Brit Box but wasn't watching a lot of it so I got rid of it.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Luther is good. The first time we watched the first season I couldn't get into it, but we rewatched it the other day and I like it. I'm really excited for the second season to get here. You know I love my British shows. I actually want to get Sherlock because the other half has never seen the series, and I only saw the first season.

Craig Ferguson is in The Big Tease. I have never seen it available on DVD! So I was so excited when I found it.

I am excited to watch everything I ordered. I know a lot of people don't like having dvds, but I love it. I'm a special features nerd. And love the behind the scenes extras that you get when you get DVDs.

I did order one more after this.
The other half wanted Shoot 'em' Up. So I found that on sale at eBay.
I have a ten dollar off 20 at Amazon, and a gift card for their as well. So I may go ahead and see if I can find anything good there.
