Do you care about fancy foods?

Right now, I was watching a beautiful TV commercial about various kinds of fancy foods (like caviar, for example) and how expensive they are and always served in small portions and I wonder: Why do people pay so dear to eat so little?
I mean, there has to be something very wrong with that scale, haha! At least, this don't work with me... Not at all!

Give it a fancy name and an outrageous price tag and people will say, “oh, how exotic.”

I make foods that I like to eat so not sure would consider them fancy or not.

This year for my birthday hubby bought me two big cans of black caviar. It was so good.

I don't see any problem in experimenting. But rather, who wants to live just by eating these things.
