Have you ever been anywhere where cell phone use was strictly prohibited?

Cell Phones are not allowed here. - says the warning on the wall / door. Depending on the place, this is pretty annoying, isn't it? For example, I've been to many museums on my travels with super interesting content... But it was totally forbidden to take pictures of them (no exceptions).

Well yes most museums do not allow photos. I was shocked that it n Perth they allow photos. But there are some photos that can’t have flash. Some temples don’t allow photos as well.

@WiseGhots So, in that museum you didn't bring your cellphone inside the museum? Where did you place it meantime?

I thought you were complaining about not being allowed to make or take phone calls. Certainly photos are forbidden in some places but mostly it's because there was so much flash photography that paintings were being damaged.

@WiseGhots When people are in a class they ask people to turn off their cell phones so not to disturb the lecturer or people around them listening.

Hospitals often say no cell phones. Like planes there is a long held (incorrect) belief that they interfere with the equipment.
