Native Menu For A Filipino Like Me

Philippines
February 11, 2019 2:50am CST
I will be cooking mixed vegetables tonight with moringa leaves for dinner. This is a native menu for a Filipino like me.This is very common in my country that is partnered with deep fried fish and steamed rice.I love cooking and I also have knowledge with Western foods,Chinese cuisine and for tonight this is my menu. And then a cake for dessert which is a leftover from my birthday last Saturday. I will be making a sauce for my fried fish and the following ingredients are soy sauce, vinegar, onion, lime, chili, and tomatoes.I like it spicy because it taste real good when you dip the fish in and land in your mouth. How about you myLotters?

my mouth and stomach can't tolerate spicy food, but yes, i have dips when i eat anything fried or grilled. sometimes it's soy sauce with calamansi, sometimes it's soy sauce and vinegar, sometimes just ketchup.

@janethwayne when i eat at chowking, i just take out that spicy thing that comes with the calamansi. sometimes i do taste spicy dishes when the situation calls for it, but just two, three bites at the most

I love spicy foods as well. I love eating moringa cooked in coconut milk, with some shrimp paste, sting ray meat and with a little vinegar , that we call kinunot here. I would use my hands in eating specially that it is always partnered with a fried fish.

Sounds lovely but if it's too spicy I can't eat it because it would upset my stomach
