How much more can I take?

I'm going through a very stressful time in my life. I normally suffer from depression and anxiety so, needless to say, they have been off the charts lately. After a long phone conversation this evening, I am mentally drained and exhausted. . . and that's after crying for almost 2 hours straight. I finally had to take a Xanax just to calm myself down. It is taking effect and I will be sleepy soon. I just have to stay awake long enough to get dinner out of the oven. I doubt I will eat any of it though. I know that I'm physically strong as hell but emotionally and mentally. . . not so much these days.

So Sorry to hear that. Hang in there. I hope the Xanax will help you get some rest. I am always here if you need somebody to talk to.

Thanks. Xanax usually knocks me out so I'll get at least some sleep tonight.

I been there before due to so much work, or facing relationship problems. At the end of the day you are the only one that matters, so take decisions, and don't look back. You deserve the best!

So sorry to hear that. I can be quite distressing. I am an anxiety sufferer veteran meaning I went through a very bad patch for a whole year quite some time ago but it left my nervous system vulnerable. Now that I am all alone I try to keep as strong a reign as I can on my nerves and often when I feel shaky I give myself pep talks. During my bad time, Xanax also helped me. Hope you will feel better. Virtual hugs.

I’m sorry you feel that way, I also feel that way sometimes but remember there’s someone who loves you that will be always there for you like your family. Just trust them and open your problem so you feelings can ease a little. I hope that you will feel okay sooner, I’ll pray for you :)
