Is it a Bird, a Plane, Superman, an Astronaut, or Our Grandson?

Our daughter-in-law took our grandson flying yesterday at a place called iFly. Oh what fun for a 9 year old little boy!
He was suited up and given instructions on what to do and what not to do when flying.
This photo shows him when he first “lifted” off. His instructor was with him at all times, even when they both blasted off towards the high, high ceiling.
I can’t put the video here, but what a “high” he had.

I've done that before in Orlando, and it was quite thrilling! I did it to see if I would have any issues with skydiving. I had a blast, and I'm sure your grandson had a blast too! Is he ready to go skydiving yet? lol

@DianneN Zip lining is fun! There is a really nice zip line in St. Augustine at the Alligator Farm. You zip line over all the alligators. It's pretty intense!

That must have been fun, when my son was young we used to go places like the Discovery Zone, those indoor play places with all of those plastic crawl through tunnels. Heaven help the parent that tries to go in there without kneepads lol

@DianneN Who wouldn't want to fly? I remember when my cousin and I watched Mary Poppins, that part when they laughed and started floating? My cousin and I tried it. We laughed and laughed till our tummy ached but we didn't float? But we almost felt we would, but we just didn't. I think I was about 5 and she was 7 then.

My son did ifly recently for a friends biethday. He was too scared to get in he just wanted to be with his friends.

@DianneN Me too! When I am asked which super power I would like to have, I always ended up saying the power to flying, and sometimes I said invisibility!

Great photo. For him, I know it was an awesome experience. I would like to fly too but it would be like trying to get a huge albatross off the ground.

Ive actually wanted to do this. But i know i never could with my fear of being off the ground of any kind and my anxiety.
