Do you have a recent "senior moment" to share?

I have only put my phone in the refrigerator once. I can't count the number of times I have entered my bathroom or kitchen and done something other than what I intended to do there.
But the other day, I searched for Gatorade in my dishwasher. That was odd.
I had just woken up and had not yet brewed my first cup of coffee. I was firing up my computer and realized I was dehydrated and need a few swigs of Gatorade. I told my brain, "Enter the kitchen (West) and turn back toward the East."
I knew that my Gatorade was in my refrigerator door, and that to get to it, I had to go West to my refrigerator, open the door, and look East, into the door where the Gatorade was.
Instead, I went into the kitchen, looked East, and opened up my dishwasher. As I was thinking "Why the hell am I looking onto my dishwasher?" I realized what I had done.
I went to my refrigerator, opened the door (which is to the West) and looked east at the refrigerator door "shelves," where my Gatorade was waiting for me. I took a huge swig.
Is this a true "senior moment"? Or had my brain just not woken up yet? Can you think of similar stories?

i was getting ready to go to the grocery store the other day with my wallet in my hand, but stopped in the kitchen to take out something from the fridge.
at the door, i put my hand in the reusable bag to get my wallet and was surprised to take out the pack of food, while my wallet was on the kitchen.

I do things like this all the time, but I'm having a senior moment and can't remember the last few episodes. I did get lost coming home from Bible study tonight. I've been catching a ride with someone else for the past few months, and have forgotten my old habits. The road I take from the study to the freeway is a curvy road through a residential neighborhood in the hills of Atascadero. Street signs can be hard to see, and I missed my usual turnoff. By the time I realized it, there was no way to turn around and go back. So I took a little drive through the hills, hoping that all roads would eventually lead back west to the freeway. And so it happened, though I had backtracked an exit.

Yes I have. I opened the fridge for a clean glass, they are in the cabinet by the fridge.
Before that I was about to leave the house and I was looking for my glasses, I need them to drive if I wanna see clearly, I was freakin wearing them!!!!!!
