Hard to believe that this kind of medicine is available. There are some smart pills, amphetamine is one of them. Actually it is a kind of medicine to deal with deficit hyperactivity disorder. If you don't have this problem, then it is helpful for you to concentrate and enhance the memory. So it is called "smart pills". I think normal persons shouldn't take this kind of medicine as it will have side effects. I also heard that it is addictive. I think the people who buy them are stupid as the smart pills are not invented yet

Those pills can only be prescribed by a doctor and they are dangerous for normal people. I cannot see how someone can "buy them" without a prescription. Surely not in Europe.

@youless Those who need go to see their doctor and get a prescription, I see no problem. I would never buy pills in the "black market", most of them are scam.
