@TheHorse This is so crazy. It WAS cold - but today is rather warm

- with the sun totally over us. Seriously, with our drought, we welcome the rain here . . . it's just crazy it's been on the colder side all this time - it's already mid March!

During February we had a couple of weeks of 15 C plus temperatures. We all thought spring had sprung early. It snowed yesterday!! Good old UK weather certainly keeps you on your toes.

@TheHorse It's about 150 miles North of London and just West of the Pennine Hills which run down the spine of North England. Thanks to prevailing Westerlies and the close proximity of the Pennines Manchester gets quite a lot of rain. Apparently we get more rain during daylight hours than any other town/city in the UK.

It really was a beautiful day here. After work, I went to my friend's house to play music. Before we even got to music, we just sat in his back yard and enjoyed the sushine.
