Gruesome Murder | Face Skinned to the Bone

My colleagues talked about the recent murder victim in the Cebu area. The murder was terrible.
A 16-year old girl was raped and was murdered. According to the report, her face was peeled off. I did not see her picture but it was clear to me that her skull was exposed. I can't even understand the kind of murderer we have here.
The parents were warned to be watchful.

That is horrible!! It must have been some psychopath. I hope he is caught and brutally punished.

It is horrible indeed. I don't know if I read it right, according to the police, the murderers are not sane. Who can say they are mentally well, right?

Did they also removed the organs? Based on the news, some.organs were removed from the girl.
