A large shard of glass found inside a glass jar of capers bought at Lidl

I don't remember exactly when it happened but I think it was a few weeks ago that I bought a small glass jar of capers from Lidl. I opened it and ate some capers from it a few times and then haven't gone back to it until today. When I opened the jar today I noticed something strange inside. I thought it may be a stem from the capers. When I pulled it out it, it turned out to be a large shard of glass. Of course, that was it for the capers. Even though I really craved for them, no way was I going to take my chances after finding that shard of glass inside. I took a photo of the glass jar and the piece of glass that was inside it and posted it on Facebook, tagging the store's page. I doubt that will do anything though because it doesn't look that page gets updated. But maybe because I tagged them they will get notified and respond... I should probably go back to the store and let them know...
