~It Was Worked Out-We Can Stay~

Hey everyone! I hope you're doing well this evening. Things are amazing here! My Father is so good and never fails to amaze me. =)
Today was a great day. The kids and I cleaned the house and got a lot accomplished! I did my devotions-which were awesome, as always and I found a new Bible study to watch on my Roku!! So excited! 
I spoke to my parents today on the phone and we had a good convo for a while. I haven't talked with them for a bit so it was nice. =)
The landlord came by and let us know we were welcome to stay a bit longer since the new house isn't ready yet! And they also told us our electric bill came in and was cheaper than any other month since we have been here! 
Our season of blessing has been amazing and we are so grateful. =)

Going to bed shortly-so goodnight! Sleep well.

I am so happy for you that the landlord is willing to work with you while you wait for the new place to be ready. That is very kind.
How did you manage to get your hydro bill down? That's one thing that I can never do and its just the 2 of us here.

@Juliaacv Thanks so much! I was constantly shutting lights off, unplugging things that weren't being used and only running things when necessary. I'm glad it worked!!

@LovingMyBabies It I funny that you posted about that, our bill came yesterday. It has been about $14 per month higher and we attributed it to the rates have gone up since the first of the year, but no, this one was back to what it always was. We became more conscious of what's on and plugged in, just like you say.

I'm so glad to hear you can stay longer in the house until your new house is ready. What a nice landlord you have!
Our electric bill was at an all-time low, too. I blamed it on daylight savings time. Who knows? However, we still get a humdoozie from CT every month, larger than here, and no one is living there!

@LovingMyBabies We do leave appliance plugged in and have lights on timers, but it is still insane for just those things. I won't event mention our heating bill.

In this world there will be trouble. He knows so well!
I find if you haven't talked to someone in a while there are things you want to tell them and then you might think later of something else you want to say. It's good. But if you talk all the time you run out of stuff and then talk can go somewhere you wish it hadn't.
