Two Cigarettes / myLot

Tonight I am staying in a hotel that does not allow smoking. But right now, for the second time in about an hour... I smell a cigarette. Someone in a hotel room very near mine is smoking. Not that I mind. I am vaping in my hotel room and I am not supposed to. But I can definitely smell the cigarette. Being an ex-smoker though I have to say that the cigarette actually smells pretty good. I have been happy with my vaping for the past two or three years... But that cigarette smells so good. I hope he or she does not get in trouble for breaking the rules. But man...it smells good.

i imagine so. i smoked for 50 yrs and now i can hardly breath on oxygen 24/7 yet there are times i still wish i could smoke. i do believe the sayings that it is as bad as being hooked on heroin

and it has been 7 yrs. i have quit.

It is almost 4 yrs since I quit after smoking for 56 yrs and I have to say I don't miss them at all. I really can't stand the smell anymore.

I had a stint of having quit for that 13 years and there were always times when I'd still get a craving for whatever reason. I mostly never gave in...until that one day. Ugh.

if they're like my hotel,if they smell it in the room or find evidence,they'll get fined.the one i work at charges 100 bucks for doing it.

I was sitting in a pub on Friday and could smell smoke about twice an hour. It's no smoking inside but I think someone was smoking just outside by the air intake. Very confusing. And a bit annoying, as the smell makes me sneeze
