I am waiting for Marco to arrive. He told me he was coming at 'around' 9am. It is 9:30. This is one of the things I love about Leticia. If she is late, she calls; is she cannot come, she calls. Nowadays, even babies are given cellphones instead of pacifiers. Everyone has one. I see people in the Metro talking for hours (I always wonder where do they get the money to do it), I hate the many people that talk while driving. Nevertheless, there are few people who use it to excuse themselves for being late or to announce that they are not coming. Last Saturday, a gardener was coming. He never showed up. Yet he has a cellphone. Yesterday, Marco called me and told me that he could help me today as he had a free day. (Mind you, I pay him and not little for what he does). He told me that he would arrive more than half an hour ago. And I did not make a coffee because I was preparing other things for his arrival. I´ll go for coffee then. See you friends.
