Drunk driver

Good evening friends.
Today we were visited by a man who worked with my father in the company, and he has been living in Canada for years. It was a nice surprise, but he came with a neighbor who was a drunkard.
They got drunk and went home, my dad went with them. After about half an hour they returned because the man forgot the purse and left again and my father went with them again.
A few minutes later, my father invited me to come to them because they were left without fuel. I went with my son, took fuel, and the man was sleeping in the car, when we woke him up, he did not know for himself. The man was so drunk that he could not stand on his feet.
I drove slowly so I could follow his car that was going behind me.
I do not understand why people drive drunk. I would take their driver's license. What do you think about that?

You're right. I'm so furious. Through my village, several of them drive each day that never sober.

They are a hazard on the road. Yes, I think they should not be able to drive.

Yes, that's a great danger. I do not know why there is no police when needed.
