Can we lower blood pressure without medication?

There are many ways - take a 10 minutes walk, eat garlic and other onions, good oils like virgin olive oil..I would add Coconut oil, good quality fish oil - I take curcumin and ginger and many of food supplements from Neolife.com - some advice here may help:

A healthy food does a lot.. I have got rid of many health problems - I also use Neolife food supplements to stay healthier than befoe..

@buenavida With this can say eating junk food is a stress relieve but it has negative results which will give more stress down the road. As a treat I will reach for dried banana pieces if I crave natural sweet.
