Anyone Planning Any April Fool's Jokes or Pranks?

In certain circles and maybe more with certain age groups this can be a common occurrence here in America among young and old alike possibly. I usually forget all about it until I hear someone else replying with 'april fools' to another person. I am curious, though, how many of you might have something up your sleeve for tomorrow relating to this?
I know an older lady that probably died years ago that used to teach Etiquette. She would pull pranks on her loved ones by doing things like making a birthday cake and using a styrofoam base with actual frosting on it. I think after a while those that knew her weren't too surprised at what she'd come up with. I would assume she'd also bake an actual edible cake, but I was never at any of her parties so I don't really know.
If I remember to do anything for tomorrow, I'd probably tell people something about a big snowstorm coming for later in the month, although, unfortunately, that could end up being true as we usually get one more in April. But, we're all hoping that won't happen this year.
On a previous writing site and a few of us were on, the owner who was also the programmer would change the site enough where we thought some major catastrophe had taken place and later in the day he would inform us it was his April Fool's prank. I will have to look at the site tomorrow to see what he's up to these days as I don't visit there very often.
So, anyone out there planning any April Fool's surprises or jokes for co-workers or family tomorrow?
Btw, I realize I have some catching up to do here and plan on spending time with all my peeps soon.

That's funny, sort of. But, I wouldn't see a fool unless you had one of those hats on.

Do you remember when he does whatever it is that it's related to the day? What kinds of things does he do?

April Fools day was my dad's favorite. He would think up all sorts of pranks to play on us and everyone else. My dad passed away in 1981 but it's hard not to think of him on this day.
I won't be playing pranks but I'm sure one of my grandchildren will try to play an April Fools joke on me.

Did your grandchildren also know your dad? I've no idea how old I was when I first heard of April Fools jokes or whether I ever tried to remember any to pass on myself. I'm sure your grandkids will enjoy themselves whether or not you get what they are saying or doing.

I've never been a part of a prank nor have I ever done one, but I did give false news of one type or another on that day before. I didn't bother, though, this year.

@MarshaMusselman As a kid, we played silly pranks, but none were ever funny.

@DianneN although I'm going to guess we hoped they were funny? Just the receiver didn't necessarily.

WDC is the very one I was talking about that made some sort of change one year that I noticed anyway. I had planned on stopping by and seeing what they were up to on the first this year, but then forgot until several days later.
We may get a bit of snow in the morning, but if we do it won't last as it's supposed to be rather nice tomorrow.

Did your friends in school play actual pranks or did they just say something followed by 'April Fools'?
I asked a friend to come over tomorrow to help me clean. She agreed but tomorrow she could easily tell me she was joking or that she thought I was joking. I hope not because my daughter's boyfriend is coming to spend the night later in the week and I need to spiff the place up a bit. This particular friend owes me time for a coat I bought her at the beginning of the winter season, so I hope she does make it.

I've never done a prank at any age, but I don't think or at least don't remember coming up with anything when I was a child. I only began thinking of things to say once I joined the workforce and heard others saying weird things. Most years I forget all about it until the day is almost over with, but those may also be the days that I have off.

That would be funny. Finding a channel in a different language would also be an idea.

They told you that you should plant a tree tomorrow? A better prank might be if they were to tell you they were giving you a tree or coming over to plant one in your yard. And then show up with some branches and stick them in the ground instead.
