We recently had a milestone birthday at our house

Our twins turned 21. As we were sitting at their birthday dinner I looked across the table. For a second i saw the little ones that once were them. Not as they are but as they were.
Has that ever happened to you? Looking at one of your children as an adult but seeing instead the child?
It really was a warm and wonderful feeling. See them for a second as they were, and then as they are.

I say congratulations to the twins, I wish them a happy birthday. Mine was on 30th so happy birthday to us.
