What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I am FINALLY making pasta pomodoro. I keep saying I'm going to make it and then I keep putting it off. Well, tonight is the night. I'm in the mood for pasta. I love this red sauce because it contains proscuitto, fresh basil, and lots of extra virgin olive oil.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

We're too lazy to cook something big so we're doing breakfast for dinner!

I guess it reminds me of the times I've gone to breakfast places in the middle of the night. I don't do it often but I enjoy it when I do.

@isweartokira In Jersey we go to diners in the middle of the night and eat stuff like grilled cheese or disco fries.

We had chicken and rice, well most of us anyway. My husband had his own meal...tuna wrapped in some green shell (supposed to be that color

Rotini pasta salad with faux chicken patties on the side. Canned fruit cocktail with vanilla yogurt to finish. I took on the challenge of NOT using mayo for a base. I used plain yogurt and Italian dressing with a little hummus instead.
