This is one of the strangest stories of animal rescues in the Orlando Florida Fire Department history.
Last Thursday nine baby ducks fell down a storm drain near a shopping complex in Orlando Florida.
After the Orlando Fire Department were called to the scene of the incident, one firefighter removed the grate from the shopping complex drain to go down and hand the nine baby ducks to the another firefighter who then handed the baby ducks to their mother who was grateful that the firefighters were able to save all of her children from being trapped underneath a storm drain.
The question is how did the young baby ducks fall down the drain?

That is true since the Orlando firefighters are also duck lovers.

Strangest story ever but so glad it all ended well and the ducklings were saved. I live an hour away from Orlando but if this had happened in my area I would have loved to bring the mother duck and her ducklings to the river near my apartment.

Depending on the size of the grille they might have just fallen through. It's good they were rescued.

That could have been the reason that the baby ducks fell into the storm drain.
