A wonderful dinner to prepare today.

Good morning, dear lotters. Today I will be very busy preparing delicious things for my daughters. A few months ago, my eldest daughter Tania brought a big cow´s tongue. She wanted me to prepare for her. In my country, tongue is a delicacy. I thought she wanted it with a nut sauce I make, but she is old. She just wanted it cooked and with some homemade mayo. Easy, I said. So I´ll also make a potato salad and a green salad with lettuce and some arugula. For dessert I´ll make a coffee mousse. And she will bring a bottle of wine. Tania will come with her BF. After some difficult times, they made up again. I think that he is a nice man. I also invited Claudia. She will come alone though because her husband has some problems with the children he has with his first wife. The kids are grown up now, but children do not grow up in the eyes of parents. So, I´ll have fun with my own babies. One is 54 and the other 52. See you at the site after a cup of coffee.
