We don't have any Taiwanese restaurants here, but I had noodles and seaford in Vietnam. We had a lot of seafood during our visit to Vietnam.

That sounds very nice. I have had similar before. I don't think we have any Taiwanese restaurants around here but I've had similar from Japanese restaurants or made them myself. Noodles are my comfort food!

I like that kind of noodles and yes seafood will add a good taste even more.
