I have considered this for a longtime. It's always something that I thought i'd like to try once but never got around to buying it. My friends had some of this at their house and while I brought my own toothpaste, I decided to try theirs once or twice. I was actually a big fan of it.
I liked how clean it made my mouth feel without some of the burning sensation that other toothpaste leaves behind. It was The Hello brand. I have not tried the mouthwash but I think I'd like that as well.
Do you use this type of toothpaste / mouth wash or even face wash? What did you think of it the first time you gave it a try?

I have a backlog of free samples from the dentist, so that's what I've been using for the past couple years. I only use a dab the size of a pea, so they last a long time.

I have no used it and haven’t wanted to try it as it looks so gross. I tend to make a mess with my toothpaste and White is easier to clean off then the black would be. I have tried other flavors by hello from a sampling I did but I didn’t really care for them I just like minty toothpaste.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I shower at night before bed so brushing my teeth in the morning in the shower wouldn't work. I have heard of people brushing their teeth in the shower but it grosses me out thinking of the germs on our bodies rinsing off all over the toothbrushes. If we were single and no one ever used the shower but us it wouldn''t be quite as bad.

Oh I see. My friend's actually have their toothpaste and a toothbrush in the shower. She has always done this. It does make it easier to clean since it goes down the drain. I can be messy with my toothpaste too and have considered doing the same as she.
I know that weird flavors isn't for everyone. I once tried a tea tree toothpaste and didn't like it.

@shaggin I would have to put mine up quite high so that it wouldn't do that, but then I'd also probably use one of those toothbrush covers so that nothing wouldn't contaminate the brush.
The dollar store has them in a 2 pack and I have one left over that isn't being used.

We have two different types of toothpaste here and usually switch between each day. It would work for me as I could wash my teeth with it after breakfast, and then the mid day brushing or evening brushing could be something else.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I have three different kind of toothpaste that I use on different days. I have a sonic electric tooth brush that I only use in the evening, in the morning and after lunch I use a normal toothbrush but I also floss every time I wash my teeth. I think that dentists are good here, because most people I know, even in their mid 80's, still have their teeth and not dentures.

I've never tried it. Lucky you being able to try it before spending money on something you might not like

I haven't try and I don't think I will. It would be like using my cat litter in my mouth.

It didnt' taste like that at all to me, but then I know everyone has different taste buds and gag reflexed. There are certain things I wouldn't try. I tried a toothpaste once that felt like sand in my mouth, I didn't like that at all.

I've never tried this. It does sound a bit counter-productive as it is charcoal, but if it works...

the black of the charcoal doesn't stick to your teeth or anything. It seems to work, it definitely had my mouth feeling nice and clean.

I am not sure that I even heard of it honestly. I have had Tom's Natural Toothpaste though.

I've never used Tom's toothpaste but I have used the deodorant. I don't like the deodorant so much.

It's different but I like it. If you get a chance to get some, I'd recommend it.
