Tap water, spring water, distilled water or some other kind of water:
Which water do you think is the best to drink for optimal health?
Which water do you drink?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* I had been drinking distilled water for many years thinking that it was the healthiest water. It certainly tastes amazing. Recently I saw a YouTube videos and switched to drinking spring water. The argument presented was that no other creature drinks distilled water and that distilled water is not found in nature.
* When I was a child, we had a farm out of the village and there was a little river that had the most amazing water. It was fresh and so satisfying. Water was the only liquid beside wine that we consumed when I was young. We did made our own wine.
Ever wonder what's lurking in your bottled water? Marketplace asked a lab to test five of the top-selling brands of bottled water in Canada, and microplastic...

That is probably very good water as there is probably not much pollution there.

@Nevena83 In the large city I live in there is a lot of pollution. The spring water that I am drinking now comes from where there is little industry.

@1hopefulman Yes, it's good water, Serbia is still a country that does not have a lot of pollution, but with years it changes.

@1hopefulman The river you can see in my profile picture is the one between Finland and Sweden, and there are no industries that can pollute the water, but we use the tap water coming from underground

@ShifaLk If we can get get safe water from a natural source that would be best but many places the water is polluted and so distilled will be best. That's my opinion at this time.

@1hopefulman wow. Spring isn't available or I'd have tried to.
Maybe it was somewhere where I went to in 2015. It didn't even need to be boiled, it never made me sick if I drink it direct even

I've consumed a tap water filtered and let to sit but I don't think it is as healthy as distilled. My bet is on natures spring water being the best but where can you get the pure stuff?

I think all water is good but I'm trying to figure out what is the best. I drank distilled for years and had no problem.
However, the argument that it doesn't exist in nature and that no other creature drinks it was powerful for me to change for now. Also, this expert pointed out that spring water had electrolytes which are important.
Some years ago, I attended a seminar where the health expert was asked what water should we drink? "Wet"!, was his answer!

@mynameiskate We have to make reasonable decisions based on the information we have.

@1hopefulman I would think spring water would be the healthy. It might be contaminated however and depending on the amount and type of contamination would make another water a better choice.
I've read there is some leakage of radioactive isotopes from an old reactor that is leaking into ground water. That for example could or might not be a problem. Filters and the distilling process can only get so much? The ISS recycles all their water and seem to do well with it.

In my place tap water is not safe as it used to be. There are many nowadays that offers filtered mineral water for drinking and they go through filtration and mineralized to make it good for human consumption. With all the pollution that is everywhere we really cannot trust to just drink and kind of water anymore.

If the quality of the tap water is good then I see no problem in using that. I live in a huge city and the pipes are not in the best condition. I also don't like the taste of the chlorine.

Deer Park Spring water is very good!! But tap isn't so bad if boiled!! But distilled just removes any extra pollutants they claim!! Sometimes it tastes distilled!! Don't wanna drink water with chloride in it!! They use that to treat water here!!!

Do you think dry water is just as good? Just kidding!
Any water is better than no water unless there is something wrong with the water. I was just wondering what is the best water?
