We Got Our Walk In Just In Time!!

We bundled up (parkas yet again) and left around noon and although I thought that I felt a drop of rain, I ignored it and we simply picked up our pace. We decided to out walk each other lol... which is hard if you are the shorter of the two of you, but I got a good workout so I managed to burn some calories at the same time. We did the entire "around the block" which offers a hill to climb, so I was getting a wee bit out of breath as we were getting closer to home. The house was within sight when it began to get darker and I felt another drop of rain... followed by another and another.
We managed to get to the door before it really started coming down. I'm really beginning to wonder if this is all we are going to get in the way of springtime. I honestly thought that we wouldn't still be using the parkas, but I'm glad that we haven't put them away. At least we didn't need winter boots!!

Glad you made it home before the rain began! It is sunny and warm here at the moment. However, the weather has been up and down with temps for weeks now.

@Hate2Iron today was a much better day.spend most of the day outdoors getting some walks in and yard work.

It's back to being chilly today and I needed warmer clothes. It's so confusing. One day it's summer clothes and then the next it's back to winter ones.

We've had nice Spring weather, 70-80F, even a couple of hot days (85) in the past two weeks. Last Thursday, a cold front moved in and stayed a couple of days and it rained too. We had to bundle up! But it's back to sunny and mid-70's again now.

You are soooo lucky to have temps like that. Today however, I did go out without a coat!! That would have been unheard of a few days ago!

. It is releasing all its rage upon us for a few days. I wish if I could barter some heat from here with the coolness at your part of the world.
