Does eating chocolates help improve your mood?

Chocolates are known to make a depressed person feel better. I, personally, feel better if I eat chocolate when I am sad. For a few minutes, I become calm and just enjoy the moment.
Does eating chocolates help improve your mood?

Chocolate speeds up the grey cells. That is why we allow students eat a bar of chocolate before examinations.

Definitely. I've just had some chocolate with my 3 o'clock coffee and my mood has gone from very miserable to just miserable.
