How should I fix them? Chicken breasts for dinner!

I pulled out some chicken breasts from the freezer earlier for dinner tonight. However, I'm not sure how I want to fix them. I do know they will not be fried. So, do I make chicken strips? Bq? Or just baked? What would you do with boneless chicken breasts? I'd love to get a new recipe or idea out of you guys and I'm betting that you will come through and I'll get several great ideas. I would cut them into strips and then use an air fryer if you have one.

@kareng yeah, that's the bad thing about chicken and pork can be that way too.

@kareng so, did you bake the chicken?

Baking would be best. I don't have any chicken recipes.

That is what I normally do during the winter. But the weather is nice right now and I don't have the heater or the air conditioner on. I don't want to heat up the kitchen so will use the Infra Chef convection oven and cook them.

@just4him I will be firing up the grill soon, but don't use it after dark like it was the other night.

@kareng My other suggestion would be to grill them.

I like to cut them, flatten them then coat with bread crumbs and fry. There is another easy recipe that I like, they are braised in a pan with olives, cherry tomatoes and capers. Here it is the photo.

That looks delicious but I would have to make a grocery stop for tomatoes and black olives for above. Great ideas for next time I cook chicken :) Thanks, friend.

I'm afraid I'm boring and would just grill them.

That would be good, but too late to grill outdoors. Mosquitoes have already come out here.

I like chicken strips. There are so many things you can do. You could even make some fried rice with chicken in it. Shake 'n Bake would be the easy way to go.

Haven't done Shake 'n Bake in years. I ended up marinating them in a garlic dressing and then we will put them in the air fryer.

@kareng That sounds good. On the grill would be good too; but maybe that would dry them out too much.

I would marinate with garlic, lemon, olive oil, and some dried herbs and then roast in the oven.

I'd rather leave the oven off. Don't have the AC on here and don't want it on :) Will cook faster in the air fryer.

Sprinkle bread crumbs, seasoning and bake in oven. Shake n Bake works good too.

That's what I usually do in the winter :) Oven is out right now. Comfortable in the house without the air or heat on so don't want to push it with heating up the kitchen.

I will have them cut in tiny strips. Saute in oil, onion, ginger and soy sauce. Put some sugar and pepper.
