I'm so excited. After much trial and error (some more error than others), we've discovered a box of crackers that actually taste really good and are gluten free. Have you eaten Cheese Nips, those little square crackers with cheese baked in? These taste a lot like those. The only place I've found these is in Walmart, but you could probably find them in other stores. Have you tried them? They're made by Lance. It doesn't take a lot to make me happy.

Our supermarket has a gluten free section which has a pretty good variety. I have to see if they carry that one. It is hard to find tasty gluten free stuff.

Most of the gf breads are horrible. I'm going to buy a bread machine and see it that's better.

@1creekgirl I have made it with the Bob's Mills brain mixture. That was much better than store brands.

Do you have celiac disease?

No, but my husband apparently has a gluten sensitivity or intolerance. He's had head aches for the longest time, stomach aches, and extreme fatigue, but his doctor couldn't find out what was wrong. Then our son in law who has been gluten intolerant for many years suggested my husband cut out wheat/gluten and it has made the biggest difference! So we're trying to go as gluten free as we can (I'm eating the same as him). I don't think he has celiac disease, thank God, but if this helps him feel much better, I'll do all I can.

I am not gluten sensitive so I don't look for them in particular but I have friends who do.
