Tomorrow in my country I have started fasting and maybe my time will be reduced in mylot because my worship will be more this month, tomorrow I have to get up early and palmfruit only as an appetizer at sunset. Do you fasting?

We do prayer and fasting. We usually give up 1 meal a day and during that meal time that we don't eat, we should be on our knees and pray.

You don't need to force yourself to fast if you can't.

I don't , if ever I have to it's just for a few hours and skipping only a meal. This is what I admire you guys, you really had that great devotion to observe this ritual.

This is not a ritual but a kind of obligation for Muslims to be cautious people.

Fasting does not have to be a religious, but for Muslims it is a challenge because we also have to be able to resist emotions.

@DianneN Unfortunately until this month the curve is still surging up and can not be said to be free. Everyone is losing money and some restaurants, travel, factories are no longer operating because their purchasing power is near zero.
