Cannot Log in to PayPal

It happened again. I received an email today about PayPal, re Why use PayPal.Me, when I click on the link I was denied access. then I logged in using my phone, the same prompt appeared: Access denied. Then I logged in to my PayPal Account as usual not through the link same prompt appeared: Access Denied.
This also happened sometime in March but after a few days I was able to access again.
Have you experienced this? How do we resolve it.

Even opening the website I cannot get through. It happened before but after a few days it went normal again. Something's to do with the server.

Do be very careful of following links from any emails. If I were you NEVER do it from an email always search for Paypal from your browser. These crooks are so evil that they immitate almost perfectl Paypals emails

That's another concern of yours, it could be that you have 2 PayPal account.

As I've mentioned I've experienced it last month but it went normal again. it just gets annoying when it goes this way when you need to really log in to the site.

I did not and I would not like to experience it. that would be a huge problem for me, I believe for everyone. Have you managed to resisit the problem so far?
