Not Feeling Well

I just wanted to let everyone know that I may not be on mylot as much as I have been. I'm not going away like I did before. My fibromyalgia, neuropathy and my back are all flaring at the same time. It takes its toll on me and I have a lot of pain. All I want to do is rest and move as little as possible.
I will try to be on my lot at least several times a week if not more, just not everyday. I didn't want anyone to worry as I am still here.

I will put in a prayer for you. I sure hope that you can find a way to manage your pain. Get as much rest as you can and we will be glad to hear from you when you can get online.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having these flareups, and won't be quite as active on here. But I totally understand, your health and well-being come first before anything else. But I appreciate (as I'm sure other myLotters do as well) you letting us know so that we aren't overly worried about where you may have disappeared to.

@moffittjc thank you so much Jeff, that's a sweet thing to say. I will be on here on my good days. On my bad days I probably won't be on myLot.

@simone10 Three to four times a week on this site would be great, but don't feel like you have to push yourself too hard to meet that goal. Id' rather you post once a week here and not be in any pain, than to post more frequently and have lots of pain.

I hope that your back will ease off soon and that your fibromyalgia flare up will ease as well. Neuropathy is ongoing, isn't it? It never goes away?
My aunt deals with Fibro and while I don't think she's had a flare up in awhile, I know she deals with the fibro fog quite a bit.
Just rest up and we'll still be here.

@simone10 I know that the pain from it can be quite severe, or atleast I've heard it can. I mean from Fibromyalgia. I am always gentle when I hug my aunt, just in case.

@ScribbledAdNauseum that's good that you are so thoughtful as she probably has days when even the slightest touch can hurt.

Take care of yourself first and things will fall into place. I have a timer on my desk to remind me to get up and stretch. I can go for hours when I'm sitting here!!

Take care Sharon and hope your pain subsides. Just check in periodically so we know you're okay.
