It appears we have a graffiti artist on the loose in Pleasant Hill CA. I found this on my walk way a couple of days ago.
I have a hunch that I know who the culprit might be. Do you think I should report him to the police?
I do see some graffiti out here when I go cycling. But it's nothing like Oakland or Richmond. Do you have graffiti where you live?

@TheHorse The graffiti made me happy. So it should not be "cleaned".

@scarlet_woman I'd shoot him in the ankle. Or take a picture of him.

If we could get more graffiti like that out here, oh gosh this would be a happier place. This is Los Angeles, so you know we've got some super duper graffiti that should be reported. What's sad is some of these taggers disrespect existing artwork by doing silly graffiti on them. No respect here, I tell ya!1 person likes this

@TheHorse "jive monkey graffiti"
Oh yah, that happens a lot. Over famous artist murals too (along the freeway and elsewhere). Luckily they put some kind of clear coating over certain murals - so if it gets graffiti'd, they can come in and power wash it somehow without affecting the mural. But yah, it shouldn't happen to begin with.

Not much, mostly on the trains that pass.

I do not see much on buildings and sidewalks and such. Many freight cars that pass through have it though.

I think it is cute what they did. I have seen chalk marks where kids play hopscotch. This is cute. I would not report them. That is just me. You have to do what you think is best. Has he done other things that you think are not right and do not belong on the sidewalk or walkways.
