That Woke Me

When doing a second shift I always seem to stay up later, a few hours anyways, I reckon to unwind.
Although it was just after 9 pm I did return two calls, one to the uncle and one to the tenant. Around 11:30 the phone rang, I had forgotten to turn it off, and it was this same tenant. She hung up after a couple rings and she did this for a half hour, till I turned the phone off. This morning there was a call from her, from this morning and not last night, telling me she would not be home to come earlier. 
I did stay up to late last night but this time it was a movie and what made me mad at 3 am? Right at the end of the movie I lost signal and I had to reboot the dish!
What woke me from a dead sleep, deep in dreams, was a siren. Back here in the woods I don`t hear those often. I looked at the clock and its noon. I jump out of bed! I have work to do.
Tony confessed he didnt sleep till daylight when I woke him by calling the cat to come eat.
How is your day?

It's OK. Sun is out; but it's supposed to rain later. Will be around 70.

I worked all three jobs today, for Sunshine`s homestead creations I tested the insect repellent and it worked 99% Only one tried to bite.

I slept until 3pm. I don't know what is going on but my sleep pattern is really messed up. I have goods and bad. I am happy that I work from home. I am making ribs for dinner. I am trying to figure out what else to have with them. I did manage to get the house straight before I fell asleep at 9am

At least you got some sleep. I hate it when I hear sirens for the same reason. They bring me out of bed fast.

It was about 430 when I went to bed, which is normal since I work nights. Tonight it will probably be even later since I have grocery shopping to do after work and then I have tomorrow off.
