Tomorrow's my husband's birthday

I'm taking my husband out for dinner tomorrow night to celebrate his birthday.
It'll just be the two of us. Our daughter, her husband, their son, our son and his son, our great granddaughter and our oldest son (in Maine) will all be here weekend after next, so we'll celebrate my husband's birthday then, along with our grandson's birthday (Nathan will be 16 on the 30th.)
All the family will be here except for our granddaughter in Charlotte. But she was at her mom's with all of us last weekend.
I got my husband an NIV Chronological Study Bible that he's been wanting, plus a few other gifts. I made a chocolate pie for him (he likes that better than cake), although now with the gluten thing, he can't eat the pie crust.
I also made a yummy pot of chicken and rice soup today. If you make that, what do you put in it? I used chicken and broth with onions, celery, salt and pepper, and a little butter. We'll have it again tomorrow for lunch, I'm sure.

Will you wait to give him his gifts, or will you be giving them to him tomorrow?
I do not make chicken and rice soup but that is what I would put in it. I might do some julienned carrots on occasion as well.

I'll give him a couple tomorrow, then a couple when all the kids are here. He already ate a piece of his chocolate pie!
