Today I was asked to buy lunch for my brothers family and went to the mall.
After that I went to Kenny Rogers to have my lunch too. I've been doing this for a while since their maid resign from work.
But it's rare that I get myself a healthy meal. veggies seemed to be more expensive now a days. Not only that I don't get used to the taste of the salad that long.
I'm hoping I could add more veggies in my succeeding meals.

@simplfred , I have not tasted Tilapia, but my friends told me it's so tasty .I may try to buy next week, to see is to believe.LOL.

I'll have fish and tomatoes any day. The eggs would be a bonus, and I'd like them to be salted duck egg.

I love caesar's salad. We have a local restaurant that has it available. Perhaps you should cook vegetables at home like bitter gourd (ampalaya) with egg.

You're right. Everything seems to be costly even vegetables in the public market.
Three small "paksew" fishes and a cup of boiled rice are my lunch.

It's a little early for lunch here yet. I like veggies but they do tend to be expensive. I also find that a lot of salad dishes in cafes, etc. often contain unhealthy ingredients. They're all full of dressings (which I think spoils a perfectly good salad if the ingredients are fresh) or there are things like chicken and bacon salad (which I find odd because bacon and salad just does not seem right to me).
I am having a less healthy lunch today as I usually would but it will still include some fruit and other things that are good for me.

@Letranknight2015 Some restaurants served chicken with lettuce, and they call that a chicken salad dish. (I am not so sure I liked the mix. But lettuce/tomato/etc in French salad dressing is nice, I like eating that type of salad.)
