Well it's payback time! We now are going to be having a string of hot days to make up for the cool/cold ones we had. Even though it will be 90 in Richmond several days, other than one day, I don't think it will get quite that warm here. However, it's gonna be a long summer! I am not looking forward to it. At least today should be good, and tomorrow won't be so bad.

@LadyDuck I am wearing warm PJ's at the moment..I haven't gotten dressed yet..bad me...lol. It is still reasonably cool in here at the moment.

I saw the forecast when I was getting my morning cup of water with ACV in it. Ugh, 80's down here this coming week, and they seemed to think it could get into the 90's soon enough. Meanwhile, I woke up to cold!

It got fairly chilly over night..but not until near dawn. The 80's don't bother me, but the 90's sure do!

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes, I stay in the AC as much as possible except for when I go swimming. There are few things as miserable as a hot, humid day with no wind.

@snowy22315 I like a little heat on my skin but I prefer it to come with a little bit of wind as well. I have to admit to sort of hibernating over the summer months. I try to stay indoors as much as possible. Even when I was regularly walking, I'd walk at 6 am and then again at 6 pm. When it wasn't as hot.

We have sunshine here today and it's getting a bit warmer (mid 70's). Looks like a nice weekend ahead

That sounds pleasant. I don't think our weekend will be nice. If it was later in the year I would swim, but the water is cold yet no doubt.

@Marilynda1225 Yes, it is..but our lake since it is a nuclear resevoir is warmer than the norm,,,however, when I have gone in the lake say Memorial Day time, it is still a bit cool.

If this summer is anything like last summer, we will have plenty of that too. Last summer was all rain followed by a day or two of intense heat. It was the rainiest year on record for us.
