He's thinking of suicide
As the needle hits his vein
Sometimes it seems life's beauty
Is outweighed by the pain
But then he hears a sweet whisper
despite the haze that's hit his brain
The voice says
"let me help you, child
You're going to be ok"
I wrote this today, originally shared it to an art/blogging site.
One caring person who reaches out to someone hurting may save a life.

The message is very nice. I hope such a voice will come for those who need it.

Sometimes, we think that our thoughts are who we are, or that our minds define/show us the true picture of the World.
Then in times of desperation, the soft voice of truth, coming from our hearts and soul, might get through to us then.
It is who we truly are, and it can guide our thoughts and mind, help rid them of fearful, and painful thoughts, to replace them with more fuller ones, of joy, and love.
"When you see only through the mind,
the Heart is silenced, and you miss
the real beauty of life"
- Dr. Joseph Dremer
