Hard to sleep

That's quite a sudden change of weather. Here is kinda hot weather and we will hug such till the end of the month.

Sinusitis can be really troublesome. Sudden changes in weather do make us sick. I hope you feel better soon.

Yesterday it was 27 degrees centigrade so I know full well how you feel the flat we are in retains the heat for too long and so the heat stays with you for much longer. I have noticed a lot of coughs and colds around too. Today is much much colder about 11 or 12 degrees centigrade.

You've really had some hot days there. We are only around 22-24C for daytime highs, which is really quite nice. I can understand and sympathize with you feeling the way that you do with the crazy weather that you're having.

It is 14º Celsius here also today and it rains a lot. I suffer due to pollen allergies.

Yesterday was 90 degrees F and today is supposed to be just as hot.

I like the 29°C, but not the 14°C. This is what causes colds everywhere

It is cool and rainy again, it was quite warm yesterday. My joints ache but that is about all that happens in the weather changes.

The weather in the south of Germany is very nice. Yet, the first thunderstorms of the year are predicted for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

@nela13 I do have few chronic allergies of weather changes but until they turn acute I would not lie on bed. My wife suffers mostly with such transitions in temperatures, wind , humidity and rain.

@nela13 Sinusitis is not picnic. I have had it too and weather change causes people getting sick. I know it has happened to me. Before I got my air purifier I used to get sick and could not sleep. It still takes me awhile to get to sleep or quiet down from coughing till I fall asleep and my air purifier can work. I do need filters and am hoping that they will come soon. I hope you get better soon so you can sleep. It has been cooler on days too and at night here and nice and sunny during the day.

Here it's rainy. I am very tired of the rain. I miss the sun.

I also have trouble sleeping. I believe it's because of the weather. We have rain for days, it's just a couple of hours that stop. It's cloudy at this time and the rain does not start, it's kind of a 'heavy' weather. I feel like drunk...

I cannot be any worse with our weather that has been.Hopefully this will change soon

A change in weather can bring about issues especially with sinuses. Hope the medication helped and you are feeling better

Sorry to hear about your sinusitis. I hope your weather be kind so you'll have a better sleep.Sometimes bad weather causes one not to feel well during sleep time. The weather in Ph remains at 34 degrees C, so hot as ever.

I’m so sorry you’re drastic weather changes made you get I’ll, and I hope you feel better soon. For some reason the change in weather never has made me sick.

So sorry you suffer with all of that, my allergies kill me in Texas and I have trouble with them year round now. I hope you get to feeling better soon, headaches are the worst.

Oh I wish you get well soon.. I like cold weather and it does not actually make me sick
