A gardener rang my bell. / myLot

I was in the kitchen when a gardener I had hired once rang my bell. I did not hire him again because I needed someone with tools. So, when he called today, I told him that I remembered him, but that I would not hire him if he did not have tools. My mower has not been fixed and this is not the time to do it. He now has a mower and he will cut my grass tomorrow. I will also ask him to do some cleaning in other parts of the garden. I hope he works. The garden is not doing well with Luna around.

That's good that he finally got his own tools to do his job. It is good for him because it gives him more opportunity to get hired, and it is also good for you cause your garden will have the treatment that it needs.

I used to have my own tools but only when I used them they were taken care properly.

@marguicha As usual, and you're right. Sometimes when people borrowed others stuff they just don't care whether they give it the right usage, or not.

We just had a our septic tank relocated as the old one had roots that clogged it. The workers brought their own tools.

I hope he can get your garden back into shape. We would like to have a dog one day. I know that it will be difficult to train the dog not to dig in areas where there are plants though.

I will try to keep the front garden well. Then there is a fence and Luna is in the back.

Having the right tools makes a big difference. We have a lawn maintenance man with a high speed, high power mower, an edger and a blower. He does a great job because he is reliable and has the right equipment. I hope your guy works out well also and I hope that Luna can be controlled.
