Driving down the main avenue through Anniston, Aabama, Quintard avenue.
A nice black late model car with the back windows down, a 12 foot long PVC pipe is hanging out on both sides, not parallel with the car but across the car, and into the lanes on both sides of this car.
I hope the police stopped him because of stupid. I wonder if anyone was in that backseat?
I think its time for me to buy a dash cam.
