My friend down the hall came to ask a question and we talked and ended up searching for a movie on Netflix. If you haven't seen Casper, I totally recommend it. It's definitely a comedy, but a good comedy. Nothing that would make me cringe as I'm not the comedy genre type. This one is totally hilarious. I loved Caspar as a kid. I watched all the cartoons, and even bought the comic books, so it was a no brainer watching this live action movie. It opens with a woman in the lawyer's office at the reading of her father's will. She doesn't think she inherited anything as it sounded like he gave his millions to everyone and she disposes the will in the fire and then sees there's a treasure. She goes to the house, haunted of course, and after she realizes it, searches for someone to get rid of the ghosts so she can hunt the treasure. A man and his daughter end up moving in there to get rid of the ghosts and the rest is a hilarious ride with Casper and his uncles. It really is a must see. I guarantee laughter. It's two thumbs up from this no comedy genre person who loved and laughed a lot through the movie. Have you seen it? Thanks for reading.
