Grandma 101: "Can YOU Believe That?"

It has been another year that my lovely granny will be turning 101 on June 2nd this year. I am glad that she is still fit as a fiddle at her age. As she had claimed, eating vegetables and prayers are her secret to living longer here on Earth. Unfortunately, we cannot able to celebrate her 101st birthday again. The culprit is having the family feud with her evil children against us. Regardless, I am still learning things from her. It is indeed a 'granny's 101 lesson' to learn.
"Do you know somebody who still alive and kicking after the centennial age?"
"Do you want to live more than a hundred-year-old?"

Happy Birthday to Granny @Shavkat . The longest my relatives have been around was early 90's. And NO I don't want to even come close to 100. Our planet is going to hell in a handcart and personally I don't want to see it.

I agree. Some members won't' like to be living a hundred years. For some, they wanted but not to experience serious illnesses. I do think that I am not going to reach this centennial age. It is quite different during the old days than now.
My granny celebrated her birthday in a blast. I had seen some photos. I am not sure if she is hallucinating in the venue. My younger brother and his family attended the part. My granny claimed that she had seen my late father's presence. It seems creep feeling.

@nanette64 That's quite creepy. When my late father was buried, I whispered not to appear as a ghost in front of me. I sometimes see him in my dream. I think you have a gift to see or sense a ghost. I do have it.

@Shavkat Hmmm; it sounds like Granny may have been experiencing a premonition.

Know no one living to be centennial age. I'd love to live to be a hundred or more but only if I'm fit and able. Too bad about the family feud and hope it's over with a happy ending soon. Happy birthday to your Grandmother!

That's nice that you have a centenarian granny. I think that she has gone pretty well at her age. I just hope that she can still live longer and be an inspiration to all her siblings and grandchildren. I sure hope that family feud be resolved as I think your grand mom would not be happy knowing her children are not in good terms with each other.

So, on her 100th birthday last year, was she given the P100K by the government?

My brother's neighbor has turned 100 this year. Yes, amazing to live so long. I don't think my body could hold up for 100 years I'm no where near that age and feeling it

@Shavkat money always becomes an issue, all for personal interest, which is really sad, are the evil relatives one and the same relative based here in my area?

I wish your grandma a very Happy Birthday How wonderful that she has been blessed with such a long life. I would have loved having my parents around at least up to when they turned 100.
