2019 Health Journey -- Day 153 (June 2nd)

Hey everyone, I hope you all had a great Sunday. I am back to share my food/health post for the day.
My fasting sugar was 154. Not too great, but I know that number is the last to come down.
I did not stick to the low carb today, even though I know I should all the time.
I had mostly small meals today though.
Meal #1 - Hoagie sandwich with turkey and swiss cheese.
Meal #2 -- Chicken cordon bleu (the breaded ones you get in the frozen section).
Meal #3 -- A serving of fries
After meal # 2 I did have a small ice cream cone too.
Definitely not healthy, but I tried to not go overboard.
How did YOU all do today with your food? Have anything delicious? Stick to your plan?
I'll be back on plan tomorrow.

I did okay in not going overboard, but not in eating things that don't spike my sugar.
Roast in the crock pot sounds good.

I didnt eat right last night but worked most of it back off. We had popcorn chicken and fries.

Monday was diet day; so I had protein bars and yogurt.
