Rock Painting This Morning

Before you list me as missing in action, I thought I would let you know I am leaving to go rock painting this morning. I don't have anything in mind at the moment, so we'll see what my artistic or not nature comes up with.
For those who know me, this is a short post. I'll do better next time. I did have a good workout in the pool this morning.
Today is also a day of remembrance for all those who fought in France on this day, 75 years ago. Thank you.

LOL, first thing I thought about when you say rock painting is when I was in the Marine Corps and they would have a maintenance day and one time I spent the day painting rocks white. Just plain white, nothing artistic about it, I know that is not what you are talking about but it just reminded me about that. Thanks for the memory and the laugh.

glad ya'd a good workout' t the pool, hon. yup, today we thank all fer their sacrifices 'n hold deeply those who lost so much closer'n heart.
'tis soggy here (too muddy to pull weeds without a huge gunk 'f mud), so's went 'bout dumpin' all standin' waters 'n those i couldn't i put 'don't do that skeeter!' schtuff'n. most oft we've not skeeters 'til august.....they've 'lready 'nvaded!

How was the rock painting? I was supposed to get together with one of my friends but things came up to do some together, but I did give a Cute Owl on tile to someone who I knew would like it.
