I calculated my macros and calorie needs based on my height and weight. For the next few weeks or so, these will be my macros that I will try to hit. 1,535 Calories 20 Net Carbs 77 Protein 127 Fat Then these are some meal ideas that I could have. Breakfasts: 1. Eggs & bacon or sausage (The eggs will be fried, or hard boiled/deviled). 2. Egg loaf & sausage or bacon 3. Green smoothie (when I get back into making them) 4. Low carb mug cake/muffins Lunches: 1. Tuna 2. Low carb pizza wrap 3. Meat and cheese roll ups 4. Egg salad 4.B - Egg salad with tuna or chicken 5. Chicken franks & a cheese stick Dinners: 1. Tuna 2. Pizza wrap 3. Liver 4. Breakfast for dinner 5. Chicken Cordon bleu Casserole 6. Steak and eggs 7. Chili bake Meal Prepping to do this weekend: 1. Make the egg loaf 2. Hard boil a dozen eggs 3. Make the Cordon Bleu Casserole 4. Cook a pack of bacon That's a start. Not sure what else to add to the meal ideas, or meal prepping. Knowing how I eat....do you have any ideas? Do you meal prep? If so, will you be doing any of that this weekend?

@MommyOfEli2013 Right now my basic meals is eggs and potatoes, so there's no real meal planning. I have fish in the freezer and tuna in the cupboard. So, if I have each of those once a week, I can have two different meals during the week. I made up my list for tomorrow. I'm going to add meat to my menu along with a BLT salad. It should change things up a little bit.

@just4him Well can't go wrong with eggs and potatoes! Fish and tuna are great options....I have those too. That's good that you are going to add some meat to your menu....and a BLT salad. Nice to change things up sometimes!

Thank you....eggs and bacon is always easy, and tuna is easy and the rest I can prep ahead of time. And that's okay...I normally don't either!

For the egg loaf you just mix eggs, butter and cream cheese (sweetener too if you want it sweet) and then bake it....comes out kind of bread-like and is supposed to taste like french toast. Scrambled eggs are perfectly fine....I just don't like them! But I like eggs cooked other ways

Yes, you need a snack. what are those fat bombs you like that are sweet? Cook a package of hamburger, into patties, you can also freeze these for a quick meat fix for you. Make some sauces so you won`t burn out, for another flavor. Do you ever eat lettuce? Celery with PB? Carrots with ranch? or do you take vitamins to replace not getting what vegetables offer?

Yes, I will up the calories....because if I stop losing, I can't really cut down from 1200 calories lol. Oh we do have hamburger patties already! We just by the ones already pressed into patty form. Fat bombs? It's just like peanut butter/almond butter, coconut oil or butter, cocoa powder and sweetener. I should make some of those for sure. I don't like lettuce, or any of that other stuff....still the only way I'd get greens in is the smoothie. I do have some vitamins though, need to get back into taking them though!

@MommyOfEli2013 I eat mostly ground turkey because it is cheap. I prefer ground beef though.

@NJChicaa Oh okay, that makes sense. Here we can get some ground beef for pretty cheap...guess it depends on how lean you want it though.

That's good to hear! I tried a turkey burger but wasn't the biggest fan....a bunless burger or sausage patty sounds good though

That is a good start there. Do you like any kind of soup beans? They are easy to do ahead also.

I've never liked beans actually! I didn't think they were low enough to fit in my macros.

I understand, it's not something that everyone wants/needs to do! I was trying to find things that I like and are easy....or that I won't mind to re-heat later.

@LindaOHio I know it sounds weird for a picky person to like liver....but I do! Going to try to remember to have it at least once a week since I have plenty in the freezer.
