Our friend Gill just wrote about a post talking about the song she wanted played at her funeral. I have thought about this many times but haven't decided yet about my final arrangements.
But there is one song that comes to mind that I really like. The song is Believe by Brooks & Dunn. It is a shame they are not together any more. They had many song hits over the years. Have you heard the song? Here is the link..

@CarolDM between you and @Gillygirl, I've given this some more thought and decided that I and most of the people I know aren't keen on bagpipes, so I think I'll go with pipe medley!

yes ma'am, i'm a purty good fan 'f brooks 'n dun. they still play together 't times i'm told. vince gill 's one that he wrote 'bout 'is brother passin' that'd be good fer such 's well.

I've not heard that song before that I remember. It's a good one and I quite agree there's more to life than leaving in a hearse.

@CarolDM there is, of that I have no question. Not because I've seen any of the afterlife but because God says so and he's kept so many promises already.

I Love this song, and always have since I first hear it. Yes I believe when we die we will have a chance to see our Loved ones again. We just need to keep strong and make them proud when we get there.
