I thought I'd post a picture of our camper. I've tried to describe it, but a picture is worth 1K words, as they say. This photo was taken during our stay at Falls Lake Rolling View Campground 2 weeks ago when we camped with our RVing club. We were there for 4 nights and had a great time. Falls Lake State Recreation Area is a large state park in north central North Carolina centered on the Falls Lake reservoir. It offers camping, boating, swimming, and fishing. We did, and do whenever we go camping. We've come a long way from the tent we camped in when we first got married 31 years ago.

We have enjoyed many long weekends and one week long stay in the mountains this year. Truly, we are blessed to be able to do this.

My wife and I are enjoying being able to camp in such comparative luxury when we think of the tents and sleeping bags we used when we were first married. Our plan when we retire is to spend most of the year camping and seeing the country.

We haven't been camping yet this season...having to juggle one University schedule, two community college schedules, 4 work schedules and my theatre schedule has made doing anything together for more than a few hours almost impossible.

@SophiaMorros That sounds wonderful. I hope Prince Edward Island is one of your stops. My wife and I honeymooned there 31 years ago. We haven't been back but maybe soon.
