Now it's 2 am and I'm not in bed yet. I tried to answer most of the notifications, but this time I failed to finish, because I'm tired.
And today I spent 10 hours planting berries, and for 6 days I go again. Today my hands and shoulders burned in the sun. Tomorrow I will have to wear a long sleeve shirt.

Just a lot of work online and I want to finish up tomorrow so I can take it a bit easy on the weekend. I always make sure my shoulders are covered when I got because they are the first to get burned.

@Nevena83 my dad always said that it was the shoulders and the nose He was 6 feet tall so his nose was really close to the sun and in the summer he liked to keep a wet green leaf on his nose when we were out in the country.

You should wear protective clothing, also hat to protect you from the sun. You are industrious; working so hard. Just rest.

Yes, I had to be more careful. I am very tired, today is the fourth day I plant berry for 10 hours a day.

It sounds exhauting to work in the sun for 10 hours. A long sleeve shirt sounds like a good idea, it is important to protect your skin if you have to stay outside for so many hours.

Yes, that man was supposed to plant it in March, but because of the flood, it's doing now, but now there are huge heat.

When I was at the beach this past weekend I was worried that I was going to get a sunburn, so I kept putting on sunscreen every couple of hours. I did get a little red on my back and shoulders, but otherwise I didn't get burned!
I hope you take precautions today when you are out in the sun, and hopefully your sunburn doesn't hurt too badly.
